Is there a free trial?
Trial access is decided case by case - ask us during your demo. Pricing is ₹1,500/month or ₹12,000/year.
How do I pay?
By UPI autopay or card, through Razorpay's secure subscription system. Your payment details go straight to Razorpay - we never see or store them.
Any setup fee, per-order charges, or hidden costs?
No. The price you see is the whole price - no setup fee, no per-order commission, no feature unlocks. You only need your own thermal printer if you want to print bills and KOTs.
What happens if I cancel?
Your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. Your data isn't deleted - if you come back later, everything is where you left it.
Is yearly actually cheaper?
Yes - ₹12,000/year works out to about ₹1,000/month, saving you ₹6,000 compared to paying monthly - about 4 months free.
Do I need to buy new hardware?
No. OrdrHQ runs in the browser on the computer, tablet, or phone you already have. Any popular 80mm/58mm thermal printer works for bills and KOTs.
