OrdrHQ is a small team building practical ordering and billing software for Indian cafes. We are not a large enterprise company with a sales team — we are people who care about the everyday problems of running a small cafe with a small team.

Why we built OrdrHQ

We have spent time inside Indian cafes — as customers, and talking to owners. What we kept seeing was the same problem repeating itself: cafes with good food and motivated staff were slowing down because of order communication breakdowns.

A waiter takes an order, runs to the counter, enters it into one system. The kitchen gets a verbal update or a scribbled slip. The billing happens from a different record. If anything falls through a crack during rush hour, the whole experience suffers — and the owner has no clear picture of why.

Large restaurant POS systems are designed for chains with IT departments and long onboarding timelines. They are expensive, complicated, and built for a scale most small Indian cafes will never reach.
